二 | 记者多次敲门，屋内无人回应。透过门上玻璃向内观察，室内有几张简易办公桌，门口也没有悬挂公司的招牌。住在隔壁的一位住户向澎湃新闻表示，其并不清楚1207这间办公室经营业务，这里平日基本没人，仅周末偶尔有人会来。记者随后询问大楼值班保安，对方表示并不清楚1207室的经营业务。据此前报道，一名网友在社交平台发文称，近日专程前往均奕公司注册所在地所属的金山区朱泾镇市场监管所，举报均奕公司涉嫌没有实际经营地址，以及涉嫌没有改装、销售救护车资质等问题。该网友还在社交平台表示，其近日收到了金山区市场监管局关于对均奕公司立案调查的短信通知。

三 | 金山区市场监管局8月23日下午对澎湃新闻回应，网友所称的“已立案调查”情况属实。国家企业信用信息公示系统显示，均奕公司成立于2020年4月23日，注册资本为300万元，实缴额10万元。公司法定代表人为贺再春，股东为贺再春、盛玉洁。注册地位于金山区朱泾镇秀江路。公司经营范围包括机械设备租赁、汽车零配件零售、汽车零配件批发、新能源汽车生产测试设备销售、新能源汽车整车销售、汽车销售、通讯设备销售、第一类医疗器械销售、机械设备销售、贸易经纪、小微型客车租赁经营服务等。8月23日中午，“韩红爱心慈善基金会”微信公众号发布情况说明称，近日，有关各方对基金会救护车采购项目中的合作方“均奕公司”表示关注。

四 | 关于采购模式，基金会采购车辆中包含上汽大通汽车有限公司生产的救护车。与上汽大通对车辆配置和价格进行多轮商务洽谈后，上汽大通告知，该项目车型的后续商务签约与开票结算环节，由其授权的经销商统一办理。上汽大通向基金会出具了对均奕汽车公司的授权文件，且从项目对接到报价谈判全过程上汽大通均派员全程参加。因此，基金会与该授权经销商签约。截至发稿，记者暂未联系上上海均奕汽车科技有限公司、上汽大通以及韩红爱心慈善基金会就此置评。
